The supplier warrants all installed armor elements and the quality of specialized retrofit work for a period of two (2) years or 40,000 km, whichever occurs first.

Any warranty claims are subject to prior approval by the Supplier. Only after evaluation, acceptance and written approval of the Buyer's claim, warranty work is carried out at the nearest enterprise authorized by the Supplier to perform such work.

Supplier may, at its discretion, subcontract all or part of the work to a third party qualified to perform such work.

The Supplier shall not be liable in any way for damages incurred as a result of misuse, abuse, accidental damage, negligence or any modification to the vehicle after it has been delivered to the Buyer.

Supplier does not warrant OEM equipment such as (but not limited to) engines, drives, transmissions, original vehicle electronic equipment, fuel system, wheels and tires.

Subject to the terms of this warranty, the Supplier shall in no way be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by loss of productivity or time, inconvenience or loss of business as a result of the need for warranty work.

This warranty only covers repair and/or replacement of warranted components. Buyer is responsible for all other non-warranty materials and related additional costs.

The supplier limits delivery of warranty parts to the country of manufacture of the vehicles only and is not responsible for any other costs such as shipping, handling, customs clearance, duties and taxes.

Original spare parts, electrical and other accessories not related to the booking process must be guaranteed by the relevant manufacturer.
