MAC Company extensively utilizes the Toyota Land Cruiser 79 vehicle platform for the modification and adaptation of civilian chassis for various combat tasks. Vehicles for emergency services, and sapper groups, are equipped with armored plates installed in the pickup's cargo bed, providing reliable protection for personnel from potential hazards during the removal or transportation of explosive materials. Upon the request of the sapper unit, additional compartments can be installed for equipment, personal belongings, protective gear, fire extinguishers, etc. In the armouring of demining pickups, the difference between protection levels B6 and B7 depends on the thickness of the armour (B6 – 8 mm, B7 – 10 mm) and the armoured glass (B6 – glass thickness 42 mm, B7 – 55 mm).
